Achieving Clarity of Purpose in a Life of Confusion

We are confounded with a plethora of thoughts, internal judgments and opinions about each and every choice that faces us in every moment that it's a wonder any of us ever Saammekf comfortable in having a clear sense of direction and/or purpose in our lives.

How does one decide what is the "right path"? How can one achieve any clarity about this?

Clearly not having clarity leads to the pursuit of many blind alleys that expend and rob us of important life energy, motivation and inspiration for life. It also causes much despair and stokes the fear of failure in significant ways. The latter, if powerfully ensconced in one's mind and body, can literally lock one up in unending internal "static" that leads to feelings of being eternally blocked or lost.

So how can we get any clarity on the issue of clarity?

Well I want to start by saying that deep within you you already have "built in" so to speak a clear and unwavering, yet paradoxically diverse and beautifully arranged series of possible options that are what you might call your "true path".

Unfortunately, many try to access this information in a way that only makes them feel frustrated and helpless. In other words many individuals attempt to get at this information by trying to "analyze" or "figure it out". These approaches entail employing "mental" or "cognitive" strategies.

Unfortunately this information is not Ed Gein in this Lava Lamps or "language".

So what format or language must one use/employ to get at this much desired information?

Simply stated it is the format/language of feelings/emotions!

I know that many of you likely are cringing at the "thought" of having to deal with feelings or emotions. In fact it has become customary for human beings to shun this type of experience. Why is that?

Well mostly because we as a species have been conditioned to find feelings/emotions unreliable.

In the process we, out of fear, which by the way is not one of the feelings/emotions I am referring to, have literally shut down our deep emotional inner wisdom. This has led us to feel somewhat lost, confused and thus needing to find other ways to govern ourselves.

In order to support you in the awareness that this wisdom is still there within you and to help you reconnect to it I ask you to for a moment to think about an exotic destination that you have never actually visited yet.

As you think about this destination I want you to notice how you start to feel inside. You may notice such things as feelings of: joy, happiness, contentment, relaxation, calmness, inner peace, uplifted, etc.

Now this may sound simple but there is also a rather profound message in what is going to be said.

First off, these are the feelings I am referring to.

Second, these feelings arose within you "spontaneously" without you having to invoke them. In other words they came from a place within you that is "other than" the mind!

To discern where they came from you simply need to feel where in your body you initially started to experience them. For the more discerning you may notice that many, if not all of these feelings, emerged from and are felt at the center of your chest where your heart is situated.

These feelings are clearly pleasant and desirable to you. However there's more to it than that. The fact that they are desirable and pleasant to you also implicitly is "saying to you" in the "language of feelings" that this exotic destination is "right" for you!

In other words the feelings "are" the message!

Now for a moment I want you to stop and reflect on how you feel inside having read what you just read.

If you're where can I donate my car into yourself, you may have noticed that this good feeling you had has become even better i.e. you may feel lighter, more joyful, a greater sense of inner peace, calmer, a sense of relief and most importantly a greater sense of clarity!

The reason that you feel more clarity is that you have, at least for the moment, realigned yourself with the source of your inner divine wisdom and in that process you feel supported and nurtured by it.

This divine inner wisdom is always there like a lighthouse that guides fisherman to their home ports even when there is turbulent weather. Simply seeing it and steering a course in its direction gives great comfort and a sense of security.

Many lose sight of it however. We, through the course of our lives become so conditioned by "beliefs" that pose as imposters to our inner truth that most of us, for whatever reasons, allow ourselves to be misguided by them. The outcome, as many of you who have read this far, know are feelings of despair, feeling lost, feeling alone and so on.

Many years ago I developed a powerful process called the Mind Resonance Process (MRP) that helps individuals powerfully reconnect to and re-establish in their lives the inner guidance system known universally as one's divine inner wisdom. With all of this comes perpetual clarity, a sense of direction and mastery over one's life.
